How to change medium of cell spheroid?

2026-02-03T08:43:37-05:00December 19th, 2014|

We recommend changing half of the culture medium using a micropipette and handling the sample gently. Because the spheroids are non-adherent, they may be inadvertently removed during medium exchange. Avoid positioning the pipette tip close to the spheroid. Slow and careful aspiration is strongly recommended to minimize spheroid loss.
